Shipping and Returns

Shipping

The prices of the items do not include shipping costs. These are calculated based on the order amount and destination. The user can check the shipping costs in the shopping cart.

If stock is available, delivery time is 24/48 business hours. Otherwise, Accetel will inform you of the new delivery time. Delays do not constitute compensation. All shipments are 100% guaranteed.

The customer must check the condition of the package and report any anomalies on the delivery receipt. This is necessary to claim insurance in case of transport damage.

If the received order does not match the purchase, or if any product or part is missing, you must contact us within 2 business days with the invoice number. Accetel will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Orders placed before 18:00 will be shipped the same day, depending on the carrier (GLS and Correos Express).

Shipping Costs

  • Spain and Mainland Portugal: FREE shipping on orders over €200 (excluding taxes).Shipping from €3.95 (excluding taxes).
  • Balearic Islands: Shipping from €7.95 (excluding taxes).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Europe: Consult prices.

Shipping includes packaging, handling, and tracking through a website. Shipments to the Canary Islands do not include DUA or GAS (Simplified Customs Management for values up to €150). For more information, you can email us.

Germany: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 2-3 days. 

Austria: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 3-4 days. 

Belgium: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 2-3 days. 

Denmark: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 3-4 days. 

France: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 1-2 days. 

Italy: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 2-3 days. 

Luxembourg: Shipping from €9.95 (excluding taxes). Transit time 2-3 days.

Returns

Not satisfied with your product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our website, you can return the item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can send your return with a note indicating the reason. We do not accept COD returns. The return address is as follows:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Before returning the product, make sure it is properly protected and sealed to avoid any damage during transport.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be refunded.
  • Returns made without a receipt may be rejected.

How to make a return?

To return defective material, you must accumulate more than 10 items in a box. Send a detailed list by email specifying the defects of each item. Once received, we will arrange a collection and pay the shipping costs. We will replace or refund defective items in your next order.
If you have less than 10 defective products, you will need to bear the shipping costs and manage the return on your own.

Warranty

Our after-sales service is governed by Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. We commit to replacing, repairing, reducing the price, or refunding the item as applicable.
