Shipping

Item prices do not include shipping costs. These are calculated based on the order amount and destination. Users can check the total cost in the shopping cart. (Prices shown without taxes)

If items are in stock, delivery time is 24/48 hours on working days. Otherwise, Accetel will inform the customer of the new estimated timeframe. Any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation. All shipments are 100% guaranteed.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and note any irregularities on the delivery slip. This is essential to file an insurance claim in case of transport damage.

If the received order does not match what was requested, or if any product or component is missing, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 2 working days, indicating the invoice number. Accetel will resolve the issue at no extra cost.

Orders placed before 18:00 will be shipped the same day whenever possible, depending on the carrier (GLS or Correos Express).

Shipping Costs

Spain and Mainland Portugal: Free shipping on orders over 200€ (excluding taxes). Shipping from 3.95€ (excluding taxes).

Balearic Islands: Free shipping on orders over 500€ (excluding taxes). Shipping from 7.95€ (excluding taxes).

Canary Islands: Free shipping on orders over 800€ (excluding taxes). Shipping from 36€ (excluding taxes). Transport by sea (Mosca). Customs clearance and IGIC are the responsibility of the client and handled by the transport company. The ship departs every Thursday, so orders must be closed and paid before that day. Otherwise, transit may take up to 2 weeks.

Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping is made to the freight forwarders or partner agencies indicated by the customer, who will manage sea transport and customs clearance. Please consult prices and conditions.

Europe:

  • Zone A/B: Free shipping on orders over 500 (excluding taxes). Shipping from 9.95€ (excluding taxes)

(Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland)

Returns

Not satisfied with your product?

You may return the item in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

Conditions:

  • Items must retain their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The product must be properly protected and sealed to avoid damage during transport.
  • Returns of products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.
  • Returns without proof of purchase may be rejected.

How to Make a Return?

To return defective products, a minimum of 10 units per shipment is required. Please email a detailed list in advance, indicating the defect of each item. Accetel will schedule pickup and cover the shipping costs. Defective items will be replaced or credited in the next order. If fewer than 10 units are returned, the customer must handle shipping and bear the costs.

Warranty

Our after-sales service complies with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. All products sold by Accetel are covered by a minimum legal warranty of 3 years from the delivery date.

Requirements to apply the warranty:

  • The defect must be of origin (manufacturing), not due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • The product must retain its original, unaltered serial number.
  • The invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • The defect must be reported within a maximum of 2 months from detection.
  • The customer must keep the product’s original packaging. If return is required for evaluation, proper packaging will be necessary.
  • The product must not have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from drops, impacts, moisture, or power surges.
  • Products tampered with by unauthorized third parties.
  • Incorrect or unprofessional installations.
  • Components or accessories not part of the original product.

Procedure:
In the case of a defect covered by the warranty, Accetel will repair, replace, offer a price reduction, or cancel the contract at no cost to the customer, as established by current regulations.
