1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Accetel, we offer the following payment options for your convenience:

Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery: Pay in cash upon receiving your order.

2. Bank Transfers

We accept payments via bank transfer as a secure and convenient method for our customers. When making a purchase, we provide our bank account details, including the beneficiary's name, bank name, account number, and any codes necessary for international transfers. After completing the transfer, we ask the customer to send us the proof of payment for verification. Once confirmed, we proceed to process and dispatch the order as per the agreed terms. International transfers usually take 2-3 business days. Our bank is La Caixa.

3. Payment Verification and Processing

The order will only be shipped after verification and confirmation of payment by Accetel. This includes receiving the transfer confirmation. International transfers typically take 2-3 business days to complete.

4. Responsibility and Security

Accetel does not accept any responsibility for fraudulent or illegal use by third parties when paying for products purchased on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction in case of suspected fraud and to request additional information or documentation, without which we are not obliged to accept these payments.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is a safe and simple option, especially useful for urgent orders. This option allows for the preparation of an order in less than 24 hours.

  • Delivery Process: The shipment is delivered upon payment by the recipient of the amount specified in the order. The carrier collects the payment and reimburses it to Accetel subsequently. This option facilitates quick and efficient payment management, ensuring you receive your order safely and without delays. (We do not accept international check payments.)
